Precautions After Eye Surgery

From 3 hours after the operation, you can drink water and eat as you usually eat. (you should avoid drinking and smoking for at least a month.)
Please take the discharge medicine well. Antibiotics, painkillers, stomach medicine, and disinfectants are included.
If the pain is not controlled well even after taking the medicine,you can take additional painkillers. (If side effects such as urticaria occur after taking it, please stop taking it and contact the hospital.)
Washing your face can be done after removing the thread.
Please refrain from pressing the surgical site when sleeping. The shape can change. If the head is higher than the heart, it is good for swelling.
Please apply cold compress for 3 days and warm compress from the 4th day. (Most bleeding and swelling -> Cold compress / Relieving swelling and bruises -> Hot compress)
The bruises are temporary and take care of them while using sunscreen to prevent pigmentation
Avoid sauna, excessive exercise for a month, and if you take a light walk, it will help relieve the swelling
Avoid putting pressure on your face for a month, irritating or traumatizing the surgical site (which can lead to bleeding and hematoma)
For 3-6 months after surgery, facial sensations, pain, and shape asymmetry may be seen, but it gets better

After the surgery, do it twice a day in the morning and evening until you remove the thread. Use a cotton swab to wipe off the saline solution on the area with the thread and apply the prescribed ointment thinly
Olcorrin eye gel: Corneal protection, dry eye treatment (use once before bed) / Unial eye solution: Artificial tears (use often)
Allercool, taribid eye drops->Three times a day / taribid eye ointment->Use to disinfect (twice a day)

Don't rub your eyes, and make sure your hair doesn't touch the surgical site. It can irritate the wound and cause inflammation.
A small amount of blood may flow out for about 2-3 days after the operation. It is helpful if you wipe down the dripping lightly, press it lightly with clean gauze, or use a cold compress. If the bright red bleeding persists, please contact the hospital.
After surgery, eye conjunctiva, scleral swelling, and congestion may occur. It is naturally absorbed over a period of 1-2 weeks, and it can occur after surgery, so you do not have to worry.
After the operation, non-granular species (white as glutinous rice) may develop in the incision line. It may disappear naturally over time, but it can be removed easily depending on the condition after two months.
Eye makeup, lens wearing, etc. can be done from a month later. (Double eyelids can be loosened, the shape can change, and the conjunctiva can be stimulated.)
