Blow Nose, face-strengthening behavior (coughing, spitting phlegm, bowing for a long time, using straws, etc.), sauna, dermatology (fraxel, laser), drinking, smoking

Face bands are worn for 1 week after surgery. 1 hour rest after wearing (remove the band when gargling, eating, and sleeping)
Wafer will be worn for 4 weeks and should be held with the right teeth occlusal. (Do not take it out of your mouth for the first 2 weeks.)

You can do it for two weeks until you remove the thread in your mouth.
After waking up / breakfast, lunch, dinner / every two hours / before bed
Try more than 10 times at a time, do not rinse your mouth with water for 10 minutes after gargling
You can start brushing your teeth after two weeks.
How to make gargle liquid: Sterile purified water or sterile distilled water 1L + hexamedine 20cc *No saline solution

For a month after surgery, take a light walk, and keep your head high at about 30 degrees when you sleep to help reduce swelling.
The bruises on the surgical site are temporary and fade away over a period of two weeks to a month. Please take care of them while using sunscreen to prevent pigmentation

Eat liquid using a blender for a month, and I recommend taking Mediwell or New Care 3 to 4 per day for protein supplementation.
Be careful of foods that cause diarrhea (such as pumpkin porridge, pine nuts, sesame porridge, dairy products, etc.) and take Smecta if you have diarrhea.
Recommended to drink at least 1L of lukewarm water a day to reduce swelling, clean mouth, and discharge phlegm.
No More Than 2 Weeks: Oily Food, Spicy and Salty Food
Take antibiotics for herbal medicines such as ginseng and herbal medicines from a month later. It can be a risk to your liver.

If you have regenerative tape on your sideburns, you should wash them with waterproof tape when washing your hair and taking a shower. After washing them all, only remove waterproof tape and always keep the wound dry.
If the regenerative tape falls off due to water contact, do not touch the wound and dry it well

Blood may flow intermittently from the mouth or nose for about two weeks.
If the bright red bleeding continues without stopping, please contact the hospital.
You can use the gauze that we gave you and if you're done using it, you can use the regular gauze that we gave you
If bleeding and swelling increase rapidly, wear a face band, press with gauze, cloth, socks, etc., and contact the hospital.
If you are maintaining a rubber band in your mouth, cut off the rubber band with scissors in case of an emergency, contact the hospital, and come to the hospital. (Even if the rubber band breaks off by itself, you should contact the hospital and come to the hospital.)
